The Penybont FC Academy provides a structured development pathway for young players from U8s through to U19s. Our academy focuses on player development, coaching quality, enjoyment of the game, and long-term progression within the club.
We aim to create a positive environment where players can develop their technical ability, confidence, teamwork, and understanding of the game.
Our academy is structured across foundation, youth development, and performance phases to ensure players develop appropriately at each stage of their football journey.
Foundation Phase – U8 to U11
Youth Development Phase – U12 to U16
Performance Phase – U17 to U19
